Haryana Overseas Placement Portal 2023-Eligibility, Salary, and Full Notification – The Department of Foreign Cooperation (HOPP) was established by the Government of Haryana in 2020. The objective of this department is to build bilateral and multilateral relations at the international level and to help and assist foreign companies. On this basis, the Haryana Government has launched the Overseas Placement Portal (HOPP) for the residents of Haryana. Through this portal, a resident of Haryana seeking a job abroad can register on the Overseas Placement Portal hoppfcd.harana.gov.in, and apply online for the vacancies advertised by various foreign companies and recruiters. Job will be provided on the basis of his qualifications.

The government of Haryana established the Foreign Cooperation Department (HOPP) in 2020, for forging bilateral and multilateral ties at an international level, assisting & facilitating Foreign Companies through the “Go-Global Approach”.

Functions For Haryana Overseas Placement Portal 2023:-

1. हरियाणा के युवाओं के लिए विदेशी प्लेसमेंट के अवसर बढ़ाने के लिए रणनीतियाँ विकसित करना
2. दुनिया भर में हरियाणवी युवाओं के लिए संभावित नियोक्ताओं और नए रोजगार के अवसरों की पहचान करना
3. श्री विश्वकर्मा कौशल विश्वविद्यालय (एसवीएसयू), हरियाणा कौशल विकास मिशन (एचएसडीएम), और हरियाणा के अन्य संबंधित संस्थानों की मदद से अपेक्षित डोमेन और सॉफ्ट कौशल वाले युवाओं के प्रशिक्षण के लिए समन्वय।
   आईटी, कृषि, शिक्षा आदि जैसे विशिष्ट क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षित मानव संसाधनों के लिए नियोक्ताओं को हरियाणा सरकार के संबंधित लाइन विभाग से जोड़ना।
4. युवाओं को अपेक्षित डोमेन विशेषज्ञता और सॉफ्ट कौशल के साथ प्रशिक्षित करना यह सेल प्रशिक्षित और कुशल उम्मीदवारों को नौकरी देने के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त विदेशी प्लेसमेंट एजेंसियों के साथ समन्वय करेगा।
5. विभिन्न देशों और विदेशी कंपनियों की नौकरी की मांगों का एकत्रीकरण
6. पोर्टल पर नौकरी लिस्टिंग के आधार पर कौशल आवश्यकताओं को एकत्रित करना।
7. उपयुक्त प्राधिकारियों से प्रमाणपत्रों के सत्यापन की व्यवस्था।
8. अपेक्षित डोमेन और सॉफ्ट कौशल वाले युवाओं के ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण के लिए तंत्र।
9. सभी हितधारकों और निर्णय निर्माताओं के लिए एमआईएस रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
10. विदेशी बाजारों में विभिन्न नौकरी भूमिकाओं की मांग के अनुसार हरियाणा के वर्तमान कार्यबल (विदेश जाने के इच्छुक) की स्किल गैप मैपिंग।
11. हरियाणा कौशल विकास मिशन, एसवीएसयू, या हरियाणा सरकार के किसी अन्य संस्थान/संगठन के सहयोग से कौशल निर्माण पहल।
12. तकनीकी विकास की समयसीमा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रमुख आंतरिक और बाहरी हितधारकों के साथ संपर्क करना
