Objective of the schemet:
- In order to facilitate the mobility of the daughter of a registered construction worker while pursuing her higher education, an incentive amount of Rs 50,000/- or the actual ex-showroom price, whichever is lower, will be provided by the Board in the form of e-rupee.

Eligibility:
- Applicant must be permanent resident of Haryana.
- The age of the worker’s daughter should be 18 years or more and should not be married.
- In case the daughter of a registered laborer is pursuing her higher education regularly in a college, it is mandatory to upload a certificate issued by the head of the college/higher education institution.
- The daughter of the worker should have a valid license to drive a two-wheeler (if applicable)
- No member of the worker’s family should already own a fuel-powered or electric vehicle.
- Incentive assistance under this scheme is limited to the purchase of one electric scooter per household.
